A lot of players have been facing an issue with the loot mapper in Wuthering Waves since yesterday including me. It’s stuck at 0/3, even though I haven’t used any of my markers. The activation button isn’t working either.
Recent Hotfix
The most likely reason Loot Mapper is not working is because of the recent hotfix that was released. The issue seems to trigger after opening the Loot Mapper indoors.
As you can see, we are not the only one, check the Reddit community above, many PC players are facing this issue.
The loot mapper issue appears to be exclusive to the PC version, the mobile version remains unaffected.
Restarting or reinstalling the game will not resolve the issue. Unfortunately, only the developers can address this through a patch.
How To Fix Wuthering Waves Lootmapper not Working
The only thing you can do is report the problem to Kuro Games so they know it’s affecting lots of players.
You can do this by using the in-game reporting feature in the main menu. The developers have not responded to this issue yet but most likely they will issue a patch soon.

It’s a pain to lose such a useful tool, but hang in there! We’ll get our Loot Mapper back soon enough.
